For the 3rd season on the high banks of Petty International Raceway, the late Mike Stevens was honoured with a Super Late Model / Pro Stock event in his memory, this time being 200 laps instead of the previous 150.

24 of Atlantic Canada and New England's best made the trek to Petitcodiac in hopes of being the one to be in victory lane at night's end in the Mike Stevens Memorial presented by R Stevens Mechanical and Carnahan Property Management.

That honour once again went to Brudenell PEI's Jonathan Hicken as he went back-to-back in the event for the King Racing crew. Hicken retook the lead with 11 to go after challenging Robbie MacEwen, who used lapped traffic to make a daring move up front. MacEwen would suffer a flat at the front of the field coming through 3 and 4 and would tag the wall several times. He would be done for the night.

Cassius Clark was up front all night and took 2nd late over Dylan Blenkhorn, who was runner up the year before.

Kevin Moore and Brady Creamer rounded out the top 5.

Early on, it was Hicken and two-time International winner Craig Slaunwhite waging war for the top spot. Clark worked his way methodically towards the front and stayed there throughout the event. Blenkhorn did the same.

Other front runners late included Sarah McKay, John Rankin and Dylan Gosbee.

Greg Proude, Robbie MacEwen and Jonathan Hicken were heat winners.

Hicken's efforts netted him $2500 extra thanks to a fan-decided CPM/King Freight/King Racing Big Money Bonus. The other $2500 went to the fan who predicted Hicken would win.

Jarrett Butcher, by virtue of his brother driving the 53 to an Atlantic Cat 250 win and Joey Doiron, who was the McLaughlin Roof Trusses 250 winner at Speedway 660 were in the running for a $5000, should they have won. Neither finished unfortunately.

Support divisions included a wild Street Stock 75 presented by NAPA Salisbury which saw Luc McLaughlin hold on for a caution filled victory over Rob Raynes and Craig Ward. Ward nearly saw his title hopes literally go up in smoke as mechanical issues plagued him in the heat. Cone restarts, which allow drivers to pick the high or low groove on a start, meant Ward was up to the top 5 in 9 laps after staring 18th. For this, Craig Ward is the Extreme Windows & Entrance Systems Street Stock Champion.

Twin 25's were on tap for the Leisure Days RV Bandoleros in a King Freight sponsored event. Braden Langille ran 3rd up to eventual champion Michael Cormier in the first event and bested Cormier who settled for 3rd in the second event. Josh Langille of Coldbrook was 3rd and 2nd respectively.

Sunday's events were marred by pop-up showers and were unable to be completed. Only the 2 Limited Late Model heats and 38 of the 50 laps in the Mini Stock feature were run. That event is being rescheduled.
